Summer vacation is almost here! Valley Home students will only attend classes until 12:30 p.m. today and tomorrow, then it is summer vacation time! For some it will mean sleeping in late, running barefoot across a freshly mowed field, ice cold lemonade or a splash in the family pool, for others it will mean summer school, summer jobs, baseball or softball or maybe a week at the County Fair! No matter what your plans for summer are in Valley Home, most will no doubt enjoy the beauty of this wonderful community we call home!

This past Monday our Valley Home second grade class went on a field trip to Micke Grove Park in Lodi. It was a great outing with the students enjoying the animals, the history exhibits and the beautiful park.
