Stan State Makes Significant Impact

A new economic impact study and report confirms the significance of Stanislaus State’s contributions to the Central Valley. Among the findings, Stan State’s total economic impact was $770.5 million – the equivalent of supporting 9,068 jobs in the University’s six-county region. The report details the value Stan State provides to students, taxpayers and society, including a $12.10 gain for students for every dollar they invest in their education.

Junn Gives Welcome Address

Showing off Warrior colors with her red blazer and red and gold scarf, Stanislaus State President Ellen Junn delivered her final spring address to the campus on Friday, Feb. 3 drawing warm applause and a standing ovation from students, administrators, faculty, staff, alumni and community members who gathered in Snider Recital Hall. Junn and Cabinet members focused the annual welcome for the spring term on the University’s accomplishments and what lies ahead.
