The Stanislaus Senior Foundation, in partnership with the Gladys L. Lemmons Senior Center, is sponsoring the Oakdale Senior Information Day.

This free event – hosted annually – is scheduled this year for Wednesday, June 11 from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.

Information Day will be staged at the Gene Bianchi Community Center, 110 S. Second Ave.

Complimentary transportation will be offered from the Oakdale Senior Center on East A Street.

Booths will provide information relevant to senior citizens on healthcare issues, medical coverage, and health screenings.

Keynote speakers will address local programs for senior citizens and provide a senior-friendly exercise class.

Box lunches will be served to attendees.

Participants will also be eligible to win raffle prizes during the event.
