The Oakdale Museum is looking for help in identifying many ‘nameless photos’ that have been donated over the years. Do you know who the people in these photos are – one is a sports team, possibly basketball, while the other is a gathering of Kiwanis ladies. The museum has a plethora of photos from years gone by but many have no information attached to them. In cooperation with The Leader, officials are hoping to identify some of the pictures. A couple will be included each week over the next several weeks, with a special ‘Naming Day’ event planned at the museum, 212 W. F St., Oakdale on Saturday, July 13. If you know who these individuals might be, send a response to oakdaleheritage@yahoo.com. Be sure to mention the date you saw the photo in the paper, and a brief description of the photo.
