Grocery Outlet opens doors in Riverbank
92 go staff
Staff members at the newly opened Grocery Outlet in Riverbank join in with Angela Duckworth, owner and operator, for a photo opportunity as part of the grand opening celebration.

This past week the new Grocery Outlet store opened along Patterson Road in Riverbank, drawing quite a crowd. Store owner and operator Angela Duckworth and staff greeted everyone and welcomed them into the store where bargains were found in every aisle.

Duckworth said she is looking forward to building relationships within the community. One way in which they are doing this is by partnering with the Riverbank Christian Food Sharing organization to help them provide healthy meals for local community members in need. Duckworth and her staff also participated in the early August National Night Out event in Riverbank where they handed out opening day coupons and gave away prizes at their booth.

For the past few months, Duckworth and her staff have been organizing, stocking shelves, cleaning and preparing the store for the community and they were thrilled to finally open the doors last week. Duckworth shared that she has received a warm welcome from so many residents and she is looking forward to bringing great bargains and a wide variety of food and merchandise choices to the City of Action.

Grocery Outlet is at 2338 Patterson Road and is open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
