Final Days For Regional Supermarket Food Drive

To support local community food banks and local food pantries during the holiday season, Save Mart, Lucky and FoodMaxx shoppers have been generously supporting The Save Mart Companies storewide Friends Feeding Friends community holiday food drive.

Through Dec. 31, customers at all Save Mart, FoodMaxx and Lucky stores can easily donate to their community food bank and local food pantries by choosing either a $15 or $25 donation bag of grocery essentials as they check out. Once chosen, the bag will be added to the shopper’s total grocery bill, and the tax-deductible contribution will be noted on their receipt.

“We are beyond grateful to our loyal shoppers for their generous donations supporting our friends and neighbors during this holiday season who are struggling with hunger and any difficulty with feeding their families,” said Donovan Ford, SVP Store Operations.

Friends Feeding Friends community holiday food drive continues through Saturday, Dec. 31. For more information, visit www.thesavemartcompanies.com.
