Lt. Col. Arthur King Composite Squadron 50, Civil Air Patrol, is planning an Open House for Saturday, May 1. If you know a young person who is interested in flying, aviation, search and rescue or the military then this is your opportunity to introduce them to a program where they can begin their journey. Squadron 50 only accepts new cadets (ages 12 to 18) a few times a year. Come out to learn more about Civil Air Patrol and the youth program.

The Cadet Program teaches youth ages 12 to 20 about Leadership, Exploring Aerospace, Aviation Careers, Emergency Services, Physical Fitness, Character Development and much more. Cadets also have opportunities to attend other Civil Air Patrol events across the state and even different parts of the country.

The open house will be hosted at the Civil Air Patrol - Squadron 50, 700 Tioga Drive, Modesto.
