Tell me a little bit about your business (what you do, how you got started):

We sell deli sandwiches, homemade goodies (specializing in cupcakes) and also coffee and espresso drinks. We also have breakfast and lunch specials daily.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

I enjoy seeing the people’s faces when they bite into a cupcake AKA spooncakes.

If money wasn’t an obstacle, which charity would you most enjoy giving to, and why?

Inner Faith Ministries: They feed and clothe the needy, with mostly volunteer workers.

What are some the biggest challenges in your field today?

With this rotten economy, dining out is an extravagance for a lot of people. I try to keep our prices reasonable while still serving quality food.

What do you find most rewarding about your job?

Seeing happy and satisfied people and knowing I had something to do with it.

What are some of your pet peeves?

My pet peeve at the moment is the traffic on South Yosemite Avenue. It is posted at 30 MPH but nobody does 30. It is very dangerous for my customers and myself.
