Derek and Misty Timmerman of Oakdale welcomed the arrival of their twins, Heston and Avery Timmerman on June 26, 2009. Heston John Mark Timmerman was the first to arrive, weighing seven pounds, 10 ounces. Sister, Avery Elizabeth Timmerman followed three minutes later weighing in at four pounds, 13 ounces. The twins were delivered at Kaiser Permanente Hospital, Modesto.

The mother is the former Misty Marie Moore.

Welcoming the newcomers home was older sister Morgan Timmerman.

John Moore of Modesto is the maternal grandfather. Marilyn Moore of Modesto is the great-grandmother.

Mark and Agnes Timmerman of Oakdale are the paternal grandparents. Gennie Timmerman of Modesto is the great-grandparent.
