A boy, Gavin Warren Burd, was born April 23, 2009 to expectant parents Jeffrey Burd and Tara Lahey of Oakdale. The newborn weighed nine pounds, 11 ounces upon arrival at Oak Valley Hospital.
Welcoming him home were older sisters Madison and Victoria.
David and Michelle Hanlon of Oakdale are the maternal grandparents.
