Oakdale High School alum Grace Green, Maddi Hackbarth and Kindra Hackbarth were all standout softball players during their time as Lady Mustangs. This past weekend the trio put on a show for their respective colleges.

Green, a freshman at Oklahoma, helped the Sooners defeat Texas Tech 13-1 in Lubbock, Texas on Sunday. Green went 1-for-2 and hit her first ever grand slam. Her grand slam came in the top of the sixth inning with a deep shot over the left field fence at 273 feet. On the season Green is batting .403 with seven home runs, and 22 RBI. The Sooners are 29-2 on the season.

Juniors at Arizona State University, the Hackbarth twins both had a remarkable weekend. In a three-game sweep over Utah, the Hackbarths went yard on several occasions. In the three-game series against Utah, Kindra went 7-for-11 with three home runs and racked in eight RBI. Maddi went 5-for-9 hitting five home runs. On the season, the Sun Devils are 25-8 and have won five straight games.
