A unique fundraising event has been scheduled at the Oakdale Golf & Country Club, set for Saturday, May 1.

The Oakdale Rotary Club presents “The Match” featuring Ryan Meyer vs. Johnny De Los Reyes. Admission to this match is a $100 donation to The Oakdale Rotary Foundation. Only 100 tickets will be sold, available from Rotarians or at the Oakdale Golf & Country Club. A reception will follow play.

Ryan Meyer won the 2018 NCGA Junior Championship and the 2019 Nor Cal Championship, as well as being selected to play on the 2018 Hogan Cup Team.

Johnny De Los Reyes won the 2019 Battle of Bayonet by seven shots over a strong field, won the 2019 Westin Challenge and advanced to the second stage of Qualifying School three times. He holds the OG&CC course record score of 62.

Proceeds from the event will benefit local charities.
