Mustang football players receive team awards

In a recent gathering, members of the Oakdale High School football program met for their annual awards ceremony. Here is a list of the recipients from each team, varsity, JV and freshman.

 

VARSITY

Charlie Kjeldgaard, Most Inspirational

Ashton Espinoza, Most Dedicated

Gage Ginger and Malachi Modesto, Most Improved

Gabe McDonald, Outstanding Back

Bryce Reeh, Scout Team Player of the Year

Tommy Chance, Team Captain

Glen Weber, Best Lineman

Gavin Gleason, Jim Cook Character Award

Tyler Stroup, Defensive MVP

Wes Burford, Offensive MVP

 

JUNIOR VARSITY

Recipients of the Mustang award were Ricky Torres, Dylan Diebner, Clydon Visser, Moses Boizo, Caden Adams, Gavin Wyatt and Richard Flores.

 

FRESHMAN

Beau Kesterson, Tristan Guido, Peyton Wallace and Logan Neugebauer were selected as the Mustang Award winners.
