Thoughts On OID Election

Dear Editor,

I would encourage everyone voting in the upcoming Oakdale Irrigation District election to vote for Herman Doornenbal and Brad DeBoer.

Herman Doornenbal has served on the board the past four years with distinction, integrity, and leadership. He has shown himself to be extremely knowledgeable on water issues and making decisions in the best interest of the District. He deserves reelection as Director Division 2.

Brad DeBoer is exceptionally qualified to serve as Director of Division 5. He will bring new ideas, impartiality, and business skills to the Board. He will not be beholden to anyone except the voters of his District. He comes with no preconceived agenda, but an open mind, and to work in the best interest of the District.
