Dear Editor,

This is a note to all cat owners in Oakdale.

Some individuals in Oakdale are trapping cats who wander near their yards and dumping them out of town. This is not only cruel but illegal. Please keep your cats either indoors or in your yard and, if you see or hear of anyone doing this call the police and turn them in.
