Timothy Ryan Rutherford passed away suddenly in Southern California. Timothy is survived by his son Joel Nelson and his parents Susan and Doug Anderson of Oakdale, Donna and Wayne Wypych, Kathy and Ray Jack, his cousins, cherished friends, cherished family members, and Joel’s mother, Melissa Watters.
