Roy D. Cook of Kingman, Arizona, passed away on September 25, 2016. Born January 30, 1949 in Joliet, Illinois, he was the son of Joseph and Adeline Cook. He was preceded in death by both parents (Joseph and Adeline Cook) and one brother Gerald (Jerry) Cook.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years Peggy, one son Paul of Oakdale, California, Jodee Bigelow and her husband Brian of Kingman, Arizona; one sister Donna Leavell of Hampton, Virginia and seven grandchildren.
A service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, October 29, 2016 at Oak Lawn Memorial Park, Oakdale, California.
