Marc Charles Stoner, went home to be with the Lord with loved ones by his side on June 26, 2025. Funeral Services and viewing will be held at Salas Brothers Funeral Chapel, 419 Scenic Drive, Modesto, California. Viewing will be Tuesday, July 8, 2025 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Funeral service will be Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at 11 a.m. Reception will be Wednesday July 9, 2025, at The House Modesto 1601 Oakdale Road. Gravesite funeral services will be held on Thursday July 10, 2025, at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery, Santa Nella Veterans Cemetery at 11 a.m.

Marc was born in McKees Rock, Pennsylvania to the late Charles and Rosemary Stoner. Marc enlisted in the army in 1972 and became a part of the Special Forces Green Beret. He left the military in 2002. It was while he was in the military he met his first wife Maureen. Together they had three children Marc Jr., Charlie, and Christina. They were married for 34 years until she passed away in 2007. Marc graduated with honors from Stanford University School of Medicine in 1993. He was a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant. Marc opened Pathway Healthcare in Oakdale, California in 2006. Marc started dating his current wife Jennifer in 2008 and they were married in 2020.

Marc had a true passion for martial arts. His hobbies included cooking, skydiving, and scuba diving. Marc was a true believer in God and was a member of The House Modesto (Assemblies of God). He is preceded in death by his father Charles Stoner; mother Rosemary Stoner; son Charlie Stoner; sister Linda Foster. Marc is survived by his wife Jennifer Stoner; son Marc Stoner Jr.; daughter Christina Koehl (Christopher); his sisters Gail McQuiston, Roxanne Stoner; grandchildren Alex; Ethan; Noah; Christian; Chaylah; Elias; Caius; Anyah.
