LUETTA ROSE O’BRIEN

Luetta (Lue) Rose O’Brien was born in Alpena, South Dakota on June 18th, 1927, the 4th child of 7 children born to George and Anna (Daleske) Pawlowksi. Lue fought a brief battle with cancer and peacefully passed on July 29th, at home.
A resident of Oakdale since 1966, she lived a full and adventurous life, having lived in Europe and having traveled to many other countries with friends and family over her 93 years. Being a long time member of the Oakdale Country Club, she loved golf and playing cards, especially Bridge.
She is preceded in death by her husbands, Robert Teveldahl and Pat O’Brien, and her son John Teveldahl. Lue is survived by her brother, Marvin (Shirley) Pawlowski, and sisters Margaret (Rex) Sample and Doris Groenoff, her daughters, Pat (Gregg Koch) Teveldahl of Santa Cruz, CA and Jeanne (Devin) Scott of San Diego, CA. She has 4 grandchildren, Amberleigh, Dustin, Bethany and Nicole, and 7 great-grandchildren.
At this time, due to COVID, there will be no celebration of life. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Community Hospice Foundation, 4368 Spyres Way, Modesto, CA 95356.
