Charles served in the US Army, he was a farmer, and his hobbies included: fishing and spending time with his wife, Felicia, in Mexico. A viewing will be held 3p.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, January 6 and a service will take place Thursday, January 7, 10 a.m. at Oakdale Memorial Chapel, 830 West F Street.
