Arthur Henry Brown of Oakdale, California, passed on Thursday, April 21, 2022, where he was reunited with his wife and the love of his life, Jacqueline Brown, who preceded him in death by almost seven years. Art and Jackie were married for 67 years and are finally together again.

Art joined the Navy after high school where he served on the USS Hyman during WWII. He attended UOP on a GI Bill where he excelled at football and boxing. He owned and operated Brown Sheet Metal for over 50 years. After retirement Art and Jackie enjoyed numerous trips and endless golfing with friends. They both enjoyed playing bridge as well as being avid golfers and longtime members of Oakdale Golf and Country Club.

Art was born in Pasadena, CA on July 15, 1927, to Elmer and Lillie Brown. He leaves behind a legacy of four sons, Mike, Ken, Don and Jim and their amazing wives. Adding to his legacy are his eight grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren. His family was by his side during the last days of his time on earth, showering him with love and peace.

A private service will be held for immediate family only.
