A late Saturday morning two-vehicle collision on Henry Road, south of Hall Avenue just over the county line in to San Joaquin County, resulted in fatal injuries to a Riverbank woman.

The crash, investigated by the Stockton CHP, occurred about 11:43 a.m. on March 21.

Officials at the San Joaquin County Coroner’s Office identified the fatal victim as Loretta May Larson, 91, of Riverbank.

According to the CHP report, Larson was driving a Cadillac but had pulled off on to the shoulder of the road on Henry. A 25-year-old man driving a Toyota Tundra was driving on Henry approaching the parked vehicle when Larson reportedly began to make a U-turn and pulled directly in to the path of the oncoming Toyota, with the two vehicles colliding. She was pronounced deceased on scene by emergency medical personnel.

The driver of the Toyota had minor injuries, according to the CHP.
