At approximately 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 23 detectives with the Sheriff’s Office Crimes Against Persons (CAP) unit arrested Nikkole Scruggs, 30, at her Oakdale home and booked her as an accessory in the September murder of Katrina Allen, 39, of Oakdale.
