Representative Josh Harder and a legislative assistant sit down with Oakdale resident Arlene Jones, center, during office hours at the Oakdale Library. The first-term Congressman made a stop in the local area this past week, meeting with constituents to discuss concerns they had in a number of areas. Harder represents the 10th Congressional District, which includes Oakdale, Riverbank and Escalon among many other Central Valley communities.
