The community is invited to the 2023 Oakdale Airport Appreciation Day to be held on Sunday, April 23, at the Oakdale Municipal Airport from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Admission is free and the theme this year is Women in Aviation.

Events scheduled for the day will celebrate and acknowledge the impact women have had on the field of aviation.

Appearances by aviation industry leaders, airport managers, pilots, aeronautical professionals (engineers, planners, environmentalists), aviation business owners, and groups/associations are scheduled throughout the day.

The airport is located at 8100 Laughlin Road, in Oakdale.
