Do you know who these people are? The Oakdale Museum is looking for help in identifying many ‘nameless photos’ that have been donated over the years.

The Oakdale Museum and History Center needs your help to identify many of their unnamed photos.

Barbara Torres, vice president of Friends of Oakdale Heritage, said the museum has a plethora of photos from years gone by but many have no information attached to them. In cooperation with The Leader, officials are hoping to identify some of the pictures. A couple will be included each week over the next several weeks.

“If you know who these individuals might be, please send a response to oakdaleheritage@yahoo.com. Be sure to mention the date you saw the photo in the paper, and a brief description of the photo,” Torres said.

The Oakdale Museum, 212 W. F St., is open Wednesdays and Thursdays, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Also being planned is a special ‘Naming Day’ for Saturday, July 13 at the museum.
