Kenzie Hoekstra, left, from Valley Home 4-H, qualified for the State Fair by winning 4-H Master Showmanship previously at the Stanislaus County Fair. That allowed her to participate in the 4-H County Fair Best of Show Livestock Master Showmanship at the 2019 California State Fair in Sacramento. Kenzie competed against all county winners from around the state and won. She is 13 years old, the youngest of three kids in her family and the first to bring home a ‘Golden Bear Trophy’ from the California State Fair.
