The Knights Ferry Art Studio has a few fun activities for people of all ages to learn to draw. Artist Brittney Nunes will be here on August 11th at 5pm to teach live animal drawing of a tortoise and a hare for just $10! The cost includes charcoal and chalk with the proceeds donated back to the Art Studio to continue their free youth art classes.

Sign up to paint an acrylic landscape with Jason Turner on August 19th at 5pm at the Knights Ferry Art Studio. Jason is a local artist who lives in town with his family. The class is $75 plus a $25 material fee that will include a take home tool kit. This would be a great local date night or night out with friends! Contact the Knights Ferry Art Studio at knightsferryartstudio@gmail.com or stop by the shop during operating hours for more information about both classes.

Just a little reminder that Knights Ferry School’s first day of school is August 9th!

I know it’s only August but please remember the Knights Ferry Post Office when you’re getting ready to buy your Christmas card stamps! For many of us, Christmas is months away but it sneaks up on us all so quickly. Purchasing stamps is a great way to support the Post Office.
