Knights Ferry News 12-28-22
Nastasia Sweet

Merry Christmas! It is hard to believe this is my last column of the calendar year. The 2022 year has been quite busy for Knights Ferry. Some of the activities around town included the Community Club’s spaghetti dinner, the school fundraisers, the Knights Ferry Car Show, the Pumpkin Roll, the General Store celebrating its 170th birthday, the music festival up at the 50s Roadhouse, and the “Knight at the Museum” at the Knights Ferry Museum. Knights Ferry has had its share of leaky pipes, road construction, and a bit of flooding downtown! We have had large and small gatherings around town to celebrate birthdays and nuptials and to celebrate the lives of some very important people in our community after their passing. We missed a few activities around town including Peddler’s Faire and the Civil War Reenactments but I am grateful for the Knights Ferry memories!
