The students at Knights Ferry School are officially out for Winter Break! On Monday, the Bobcats held their annual Christmas Program where each class performs for the crowd of parents, family, and friends. The Kindergarteners sang “Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer” and the “Ten Little Angels”, the first and second graders sang “Merry Christmas Saint Nick”, the third graders sang “Jingle Bell Rock”, the fourth graders sang “Mele Kalikimaka”, the fifth graders sang “James Penguin”, the sixth graders performed a song/skit of “Buddy the Elf”, and the seventh and eighth graders did a play on the “Gift of the Regift” that was filed through popular historic Knights Ferry locations! It was a successful program with plenty of seating and room for families to watch the performance.

On Wednesday, the Odd Fellows hosted the Bobcats for a pancake breakfast at the lodge before school. It was a good turnout and the pancakes were VERY popular! Thank you to the Odd Fellows for making a special treat for the students.

On Friday, the classes celebrated the holidays together doing various class activities. Even though it was very close to Christmas, Santa and Mrs. Claus managed to make time to visit the students at Knights Ferry School. The Parent Teacher Club set up awesome decorations at both the Christmas Program around the school in preparation for Santa’s visit!
