Free Market has shared the following update on this year’s Thanksgiving Meal Box Giveaway:
“We are happy to share that the 2025 Thanksgiving Meal Box Giveaway was a success! Because of your donation we were able to bless so many families. This was Free Market’s second year doing the Thanksgiving Meal Box Giveaway, and we’re so pleased with how much it has grown. Last year we served 12 households – this year we reached 22 families, each receiving an abundant grocery haul!
These meal boxes were truly overflowing. Every household received a 12-15 pound turkey, Martinelli’s apple cider, a Bloomingcamp pie, potatoes, sweet potatoes, marshmallows, carrots, celery, onions, garlic, freshly harvested herb bundles, stuffing mix, chicken broth, butter, milk, sugar, cranberries, tangerines, rolls, green beans, cream of mushroom, foil, eggs, and fresh picked lemons and pomegranates. What a joy it was to curate these boxes for our community in collaboration with you.
Thanks to the Rebekah’s Lodge for serving hot chocolate and cookies, creating a warm place for our guests to sit inside our beloved Odd Fellows Lodge, to fellowship, and enjoy a moment together before heading home with their holiday groceries!
Thank you again so much for your generosity in making this community giveaway possible. We pray peace and blessings over you and your home. We are so incredibly grateful to be part of this precious community. We look forward to doing it again next year!”
