The Peddler’s Faire was a huge success. Vendors and customers traveled from near and far to take part in the Faire. Thousands of people filled the park area and town for the Miller’s Hall and Associates-Knights Ferry Museum fundraiser. The Faire was blessed with good weather and fantastic help! The Miller’s Hall is grateful for the help of all the volunteers including the local Klampers Chapter who helped with parking and many community helpers all under the instruction of the Peddler’s Faire Chair, Gayle Higgins. The Faire had a visit from Good Day Sacramento Live and Carol Davis was able to talk about the Museum’s goals and the some of the history of the Peddler’s Faire. This was the first year the Museum had an information booth to help connect with the crowds and it was a hit!

Hanna Holland has played her final game on the softball diamond. Her family and friends traveled to Humboldt State University to watch her play for the last time. She had an outstanding collegiate softball career and managed to secure multiple records both school and conference wide after recovering from a season ending injury. Hanna is excited to start the next chapter of her life as she moves to Sacramento and begin her Master’s program.
