A huge crowd turned out to enjoy Halloween festivities, hosted by the City of Oakdale on Monday, Oct. 31. Along with the parade along G Street, there were plenty of games for costumed participants to enjoy. Food, a chance to have a Halloween photo take, and lots of candy were the order of the day. Organizers planned the event for the late afternoon, which allowed time for attendees to also go out for traditional trick-or-treating after the conclusion of the downtown party. The parade ended at the Bianchi Community Center, with activities inside as well as outside in the plaza.
