Oakdale Mayor Pat Paul will address the community at the annual State of the City luncheon today, Wednesday, Jan. 27 at the Bianchi Community Center on South Second Avenue.

Lunch will start at 11:30 a.m. with the program beginning at noon. Tickets for the luncheon are $13; some may be available at the door.
