A proposal to adjust the boundaries of the Oakdale Irrigation District Board of Directors’ Divisions will be reviewed next week.

A public hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, March 21 at 6 p.m. at the OID board room, 1205 E. F St., Oakdale, with information available at that time regarding the boundaries as they are now and the proposed changes. There are five OID board members, each representing a division, and the public will have a chance to voice their opinions or ask questions regarding the adjustments.

This public hearing will be followed by a second one in April.

At that April 18 session, the board can vote to approve or defeat the proposed boundary adjustments. The public will also have the chance for input at the hearing in April before the final vote.
