EASTER WAVES
Bunny

Motorists driving along F Street in Oakdale on Friday afternoon, April 10, got some smiles and waves from the ‘Easter Bunny’ who was stationed outside the Past and Present Antiques store in the 200 block of East F. The bunny was able to practice social distancing, waving from afar, and also had a basket of brightly colored Easter eggs on display. As an added precaution the bunny was equipped with a mask, just in case. Easter celebrations around the area look much different this year; with many local churches having services online and families gathering with those already in the home, perhaps connecting with relatives via Facetime as opposed to visiting with them from across the dinner table.
