Tuesday will mark one week since Oakdale residents, Giselle and Hector Evangelista passed away in a tragic car accident. Cocina Michoacana is hosting a fundraiser to help with funeral expenses, with the event set for Tuesday, Aug. 14. The event lasts the whole day, with 30 percent of the restaurant proceeds for the day going to the family, and 100 percent of raffle proceeds to the family.
