Michael Montiero and Sandi Hurtgen have announced plans to wed on Sept. 24, 2011.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Andy and Jean Hurtgen of Monroe, Oregon. She is a 1993 graduate of Oakdale High School and a 1997 graduate of California State University, Fresno. She is currently employed at the California Exposition and State Fair. Her siblings are Patti and Richey Hurtgen.
The prospective groom is the son of Ray and Arnetta Montiero of Sacramento. He has been involved with the produce industry for over 25 years, as well as serving in the National Guard. Robert Montiero and Debra Montiero Ortega are his siblings.
The couple became engaged in September of 2010 at the Waterfront Depot Restaurant in Old Town Florence, Oregon. They plan to wed in Florence, Oregon as well.
