Owen Forrest Barcelona and Kristi Anne McWilliams have announced their plans to wed. A ceremony for July 24 has been planned at Tiber Canyon Ranch in Arroyo Grande.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of John and Marcie McWilliams. Her brothers are Kevin and Jeff McWilliams. She is a graduate of Oakdale High School and the University of California, Santa Barbara. She earned her Masters degree from California Polytechnic University and is currently a Special Education Teacher for Livermore School District.

The prospective groom is the son of the late Richard Barcelona and Cindy Barcelona. He has a sister, Marina Barcelona. He is a graduate of Arroyo Grande High School, Cuesta College and California Polytechnic University. He is currently employed as a Field Engineer for Whiting-Turner Contracting Company.
