Kellin and Stacy Rightnour of Oakdale welcomed the arrival of their daughter, Bella Alyse Rightnour, on Aug. 3, 2011. The newborn weighed eight pounds, eight ounces upon arrival at Memorial Medical Center, Modesto.
The mother is the former Stacy Ann Schwarz.
Don and Gloria Schwarz of Oakdale are the maternal grandparents.
Rod and Tina Rightnour of Salida are the paternal grandparents.
