Going up to send off the serve in recent non-league action at Riverbank, varsity Mustang player Julio Cesar Galvan, 13, joined with his Oakdale teammates for a strong road effort. They defeated the host Bruins 3-0, sweeping to victory in the Feb. 28 contest by scores of 25-13, 25-21, 25-13. The win came after two shutout losses for the Mustangs, to Big Valley Christian on Feb. 26 and Ripon on Feb. 25.
