The long wait is over. For the first time since 2019, the Oakdale High School football program will take the field. This Friday night, March 19, the Mustangs are scheduled to host Escalon inside The Corral.

While it is a match that many are looking forward to, only a limited number of fans will be in attendance. No tickets will be available at the gate. Each player, cheerleader and band member is allowed two tickets to distribute and only those people with a ticket will be allowed entry for the game on Friday that will kick off this season.

It is a five-week season, where Oakdale will have two home games sandwiched around a trio of road games. Following the home opener against the Cougars, Oakdale will travel to Manteca three consecutive weeks. They are slated to play March 26 at Sierra, April 1 at East Union, April 9 at Manteca. The season finale is scheduled for April 16 at home against Ripon.
