Dear Editor,

Mayor Farrell Jackson recently asked our garden club to consider taking over the planting and maintaining of the five medians in downtown Oakdale as a project and to assist the city in times of shrinking dollars. In the four years since Mayor Jackson agreed to our proposal of taking over the downtown flower pots he has always been quick to respond to any problems. He voices his gratitude in a spirit of cooperation and assistance to those he deals with. We hope you will join us to once again Vote Farrell Jackson Mayor.
