Florencio ‘Frank’ Mora Jr., 72, died Tuesday, June 15.

He was a resident of Oakdale.

He was the son of Florencio and Juanita Mora and was born in New Mexico. He later settled in Stanislaus County.

Mr. Mora worked in construction for over 30 years doing concrete work.

He attended Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

He enjoyed his time with family and friends and was known for being outgoing and always joking around.

He is survived by Lillian Mora; children, Florencio Mora III of Hilmar, Lizabeth Ann Vasconcellos, Chris Ann Mora and Victoria Ann Mora, all of Turlock; siblings, Vangy Reynosa and John Mora of Modesto, Chris Dorame of Nevada, Gilbert Mora of Turlock; 14 grandchildren; and a dear friend, Helen Jones.

A rosary was held June 25 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with memorial mass following.
