Dan Petroni was born to Lido and Odulia Cobarrubia Petroni of Oakdale, Ca. Dan had three siblings Deborah Canevari (Mike), Victoria Pope, and Joe Petroni (Wendy). Dan played sports at Oakdale High School; football and baseball were his favorite. After High School he attended Columbia Junior College and Refrigeration Trade School in Oklahoma. After college he went to work at Sun Valley Ski Resort in Idaho. Dan then settled in his family’s business, Oakdale Poultry Co. He ended his career as Manager of Business Development, for Americold in Modesto, Ca.
In 1979 he married Kimberly Kirk and had one daughter, Katie Petroni. Dan loved to fish and was a member of the Oakdale Offshore Fishing Club. The family would like to thank all those who have given them support. Dan had many great friends! A Celebration of Life will be held Oct. 22, 11:30 a.m. at Bloomingcamp Ranch, 10528 State Highway 120, Oakdale Ca. Remembrances can be made to Community Baptist Church, P.O.
