Beulah Ann Russell, 92, died Wednesday, July 18 with her daughter at her side.

She was born in Hoffman, Okla. to Joe and Gertrude McFall. She later moved to Montana where she raised her family.

Eventually she moved to California. She moved to Oakdale more than 30 years ago where she met and married Floyd ‘Bud’ Russell.

Mrs. Russell was a free spirit and lived a life full of love. She greatly enjoyed the company of her pets, working in the garden, reading, socializing, and if music was playing she was dancing.

She was very strong and lived on her own until the last seven months of her life when she needed to be moved to Oak Valley Care Center. She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.

Survivors include her sons, John Nelson of Montana, Bill Throckmorton of Hawaii; daughters, Ruth Dvorak of Virginia, Janet Rios of Oakdale; 12 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and six great-great grandchildren.

Her family and friends will soon gather to celebrate her life.
