Bethel ‘Granny’ Rogers, 86, died Saturday, Dec. 31, 2011 of natural causes in Modesto.
She was born in Verndale, Minnesota. She was a resident of Oakdale for 30 years.
Mrs. Rogers was a waitress for 40 years and provided child care for 20 years.
She is survived by her children, Quinton (Melba) Leymaster of Missouri, Ron (Donna) Leymaster of Oakdale, Leon (Julie) Leymaster of Valley Springs; twin sister, Betty Dahlvang of Minnesota; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Eliese Peterson.
