Beryle Floyd Burns, 83, died Monday, July 5 at English Oaks Convalescent Hospital, Modesto.

Mr. Burns was a native of Oklahoma. He lived in the Oakdale area for 60 years.

He served in the U.S. Air Force.

He was a restaurant owner for 35 years.

He is survived by his children, Jeff Burns of Oakdale and Steven Burns of Riverbank; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

A funeral will be at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 9 at Oakdale Memorial Chapel. Burial will be at Oaklawn Memorial Park. No visitation.
