Things will really be hopping here in our Valley Home community on Saturday, March 30th! We have received word that the grounds located at the "old" school will be visited by our friend, The Easter Bunny! Our furry little friend has sent a special message that, with the help of our Valley Home 4-Hers, they are planning on having hundreds of colorful eggs hidden in marked areas of the playing field. We are told that there will be plenty of prizes, candy, games and contest, in addition to the traditional hunt! Staring time for the fun event will be 10 a.m. This year for the first time, members of the Oakdale Historical Society will present a special prize to a winner of the hunt. More information on the hunt and the OHS prize in next week's column.
