Valley Home News 6-3-20
Winnie Mullins

Callie Chrisman, Valley Home 4-H president and 4-H ambassador, gave an amazing speech on “American Adoption”; she worked hard, she gave her heart and soul to this as she does all things that she participates in. This past weekend Callie and her family listened to all names being called off in a virtual ceremony for 4-H and was thrilled to her name! Callie has participated for 6 years in the public speaking project in Valley Home 4-H. Diane Hougland is her leader, Diane has been a leader for 30 years! Callie starts with county, then regional and if she wins, moves on to state. Callie has made it to state several times but this year was her first gold at state! We congratulate you Miss Callie Chrisman, wonderful job!

We are hoping the mosquito district comes out to Valley Home! The mosquitos are really bad this year. Usually by now the plane has come over several times, hopefully help is on the way! We are very grateful they spray in Valley Home!
